Execution and installation of metal structure for 5 accumulator platforms/lines (CC41-CC45). The project started in the middle of 2022 and was completed in January 2023. For the last platforms, we were also responsible for the installation of the corresponding equipment.

5 identical platforms:

  • Cell cover system (positioning, reassembly, leveling)
  • Fan substructure + fan installation (with welding on steel beam)
  • Air handling unit (without ducts)
  • Paint hoses
  • Tray system on metal structure for operator panel
  • Gratings on metal structure
  • Control units for hot and cold water (pipes not included)
  • Sub-distributors for air supply
  • Air supply pipes (Festo CQ plastic pipe)
  • Supports for workpieces on conveyor
